W. S. Chiang painting

Original Impressionistic type painting of Oriental harbor with impressionistic scene of city in background signed by W. S. Chiang.

Painting is approx. 37 inches across and 25 inches tall on stretched canvas frame that is set inside the main frame. (Overall 44" X 32")

Appears to be in need of cleaning (I am not an art collector so I have no knowledge of it's original appearance) and the back has some rust color specles like it might have been stored in a damp envirionment at one time. Do not detect any damage to painted side at all, outside of the colors being a little subdued from what ever was in the air of the dwelling that it was in.

Frame appears to be made in Mexico. All wood.
