can someone tell me what make this lamp is,or anything about it please.

I know very little about this pot other than what I have found on the internet. Because there are no markings on it, I have had little luck identifying it accurately, which is why I am seeking help here. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much!
My father-in-law found it outside a museum around Hiroshima. He brought it home with him, and before his death he gave it to my husband, and told him to handle it with care because it was very old.
Beautifully hand painted wall pottery with marking on back as seen in attached photo. Would possibly sell depending upon value
Beautiful glaze. I believe that it wheel turned. Only mark I can find is a :60" on bottom. See pics and ask any question that might help. Have more pics too.
