Flowers look like chrysanthemums i have seen a lot of dishes that have the roses on them by O&eg but not with this pattern. Edges are scalloped and there is a beading on rim.
There appears to be three identical stamps on the bottom that look like auction marks, other than thos there is no makeres mark anywhere except for the eagle engraving. There is a small repair on the flange close to the spout.I do not know if this is British or American or what.
Both the horse and rider are made of solid wood, as is the seat of the cart. The cart is iron as well as the reins. All of the parts were intact when I purchased it and the color is really great. Would love to know if anyone knows how old this is, history and approximate value. I actually love it and can't imagine selling it, but if it is really valuable I might consider it.
I've been looking for rare and antique items recently and actually just found a box of wicker baskets on the side of the road. I stopped to look in it and saw 2 bottles. I came home and started looking around for information about the bottles and it brought me here. For being in a box outside these bottles are beautiful. The labels are a little worn and they are just slightly dusty but other than that they're gorgeous. Most of the information and pictures I find are of the blue bottles, I haven't found any good information about the green bottles. If anyone could help that would be wonderful.
