this horse was given to my daughter from her biological grandma, the grandma said it was given to her by her grandma, she said it was more than 50 years ago. it was given to my daughter about 10 years ago so im thinking this horse is at least 60 years old. it seems to be plastic with a metal chain rein, it has a white diamond on its forehead and a removable plastic saddle that snaps on and off, the snaps say RAU KLIKIT.
i have no idea what i acutally have i know its probolly a print but the picture was painted by george morland well at the bottom of the print says it was engraved and printed 1793 by j grozer then it also says re printed 1903
The leather spine is abraided, but the gold printing is bright and clear. The wood slip case is very worn and the paper decoration is very faded. Inside, the tooled and painted leather covers are like new, the watered slik fly leaves are like new, the gilding on the page edges is like new. Pages are very slightly yellow, but are turnable and readable.
