BEAUTIFUL CONDITION ANTIQUE HOPE CHEST. HAS TOP SHELF FULLY FUNCTIONAL. SLIGHTLY AGED BUT OTHERWISE EXCELLENT CONDITION. WANT TO FIND OUT WHAT THE VALUE OF THIS HOPE CHEST IS.
I would appreciate any information anyone can give as to the maker or year made. I can not find a maker's name on this cedar chest. There is a style number stamped on the bottom 3561 1703 and the word TRAY. The wood edge on the front and left side broke off but the pieces were saved and inside the chest. The chest has a turning lock which works but there is no key. Thank You.
appears to be all brass and copper. with black wall mount bracket as seen in picture. We really dont know anything more than that. just looking for some information.
