This is an authentic vintage couture Jean Paul Gaultier Femme teal with chartreuse polka dots long dress size 42 US 8. This beautiful couture dress is a semi-sheer dress featuring a very feminine polka dot pattern, scoop neck, zigzagged cut sleeves, a gold tone zippered pocket on each side (between waist and hip), fringed raw edges, flared bottom and matching scarf draping from the top back. The material looks like rayon. Lying flat, the bust measures 17 inches across, the waist measures 18 inches, the hips measure 22 inches across, the sleeves measure 25 inches, the zippers measure 5 1/4 inches long, the scarf measures 74 inches, the total length is 47 inches and it is a pullover style. The label reads to dry clean. This dress is in absolutely perfect condition.
These were picked up at a local neighborhood yard sale. Thinking they were interesting and maybe make nice lawn decorations, I bought them. After bringing them home I have begun to wonder about what, when, and where these came from and were made, etc.
I found these at a thrift shop. The chairs were stripped of finish and seat coverings were removed, but chairs are strong and in great condidition.
It appears that they are a hard wood; maybe elm, mahogany?
