The bell is in great shape. Lettering says O.S. Bell & Co. Hillsboro O. on one side.

No. 1 Yoke 1886 on the other. The carriage is also in great shape and is marked #1 Upright 1886. I tried unsuccessfully to attach pictures. I have plenty if there is maybe an email address I could send them to. Thank you very much.   

My own research concludes it is from the O.S. Bell foundry in Hillsboro Ohio that closed down in the 50's.  

Been in family for over 50 years old style crib that we still use for our kids to stay in Has water type stickers placed on it wooden wheels.
