Description

This pin has been in the family for many years - but little is known on its history.  It appears to be from the 23rd infanty and used somewhere around 1900 by federal or national guard.

The only real feedback we received was when we were in contact with Tiffany's on 5th in NY - and got routed to an individual who beleived his grandfather was the one who actually made the pin.

Please help us shed some light on to who would have worn this, year it was made, etc.

Thanks!
