1812-1815 Sword/Saber

By Sadiemarie1, 25 April, 2019
Description

42” sword/saber length, 35” blade. Stamped initials of “GF” the mark of US Inspector of Arms, likely George Flegel, who inspected swords/saber from 1812-1815. Lots of oxidation/patina. It also has a stamp that looks like a club or possibly an angel. I’m trying to confirm if my research is correct, who the maker is and potential value.
