AI Appraisal

Description Framed photograph - gives the name of the bridge and the signature I think is SSawarguen. Back is marked Salon International De Photographie 1928 Societe Photographique de Valenciennes. Societe Photographique Expsition Internationale 1928 Dunkerque. Hung in Buffalo Albright Art Gallery 1929. Has some other writing in pencil. Item is still in original frame when hung in paris.
