Description I had to call my mom for the information, she said Grandpa bought this pole back in the 30's or 40's, she was born in 1946 and remembers fishing with it as a kids. I started fishing with it when I was 5 yrs/old. I'm not sure if the Berkley 415 reel was the original reel that came with the pole, but it still remains on the pole since I started fishing with it in 1968. The pole is square fiberglass and the handle is cork. Some of the cork has broke and the bottom 1/2" piece is missing. All the eyelets are original as well as the string binding that holds them.
