This is a 1949 White Tilt Cab Tanker diecast in Texaco branding from ERTL. #13 in a series, there were 120,000 of these produced when it was released in 1996.
This item is not in high-demand with many auctions gathering no bids at all. Those that do manage to sell typically do so in the $10-15 range.
