There appears to be some creases along the upper bindery edge. I would estimate this copy to be in the Fine (6.0) to Vf (8.0) range. Approximately $6 to $8 You would need a closer scan of the bindery edge, the back cover and at least one interior page for me to be sure. I hope this helps.
