I really an not sure where it is from and there is not other mark inside besides the 18k mark. It is probably a size six or seven. Very beatiful gem and nice clarity to the gem. I may be able to take better pictures but my camera is kinda messing up for some reason!

It looks like it dates from the first quarter of the 20th Century, but jewelry really requires a physical examination to determine value and origins.

Okay that fits with what I thought. It is so amazing so there is no ballpark estimate that I can get? The stone has excellent clarity and a brilliant coloring! Would it be a good idea to send it off to get it appraised or would it be better to take it into somewhere?

I am not sure exactly how much to sell it for, that is why I was on here trying to get appraisal it is such a beautiful piece! I am trying to find out what it could be worth but am definitely interested in selling it.

Yes the ring is still available. I was not able to get a good estimate of the value so I am not sure what I shoudl be asking. I am still trying to gather some information about similar rings. I have seen a very varied price range on similar pieces, some in the thousands. I have not seen many that are 18kt white gold from the time so I think it is pretty valuable.
