I was told it could be early american and Ive been told it could be europeon anywhere from 1750-1850, but what I do know is that I cannot find a makers mark on it at all. there are 4 drawers and the top drawer being the largest hangs over the top of the 3 drawers below it. the dovetailing is all hand carved and non uniform. This peice has 2 fluted columns in front turnip style feet , Im not sure the type of wood but the top petruding drawer face has some walnut or possibly tigers eye maple venier. The measurements are 21 9/16 deep at top drawer x 19 5/8 deep below the top drawer down x 4 ft tall x 44 1/8 wide . i need to know what I got here before I sell it, the owners at an antique dealer stated to me that shes very interested but she wont make me an offer until I tell her what I want for it. please help. sincerely, Brenton Lay
