I have a 6 piece dinner set made in England by Burleigh Athlone. Reg Number 838581. The set is complete and includes dinner plates, Entree plates, Bread plates, cups and saucers and 2 covered bowls , a flat platter and a cream jug(i forgot to add cream jug to picture) All plates cups etc are in near perfect condition with very minimal crazing and no loss of gilt. Very interested in knowing its value if anyone out there could help it would be greatly appreciated!

Based on the design registry numbers the design on this set was registered in the early 1940's. Ironstone and earthenware sets like this were made in huge numbers for the export market, England then being one of the largest producer of dinnerware in the world.
Values for such sets are very modest, the market currently flooded with it due to the downsizing of the baby boom generation, comparable sets often go at auction now for under $100.00.
