antique chair

I found two of these chairs at my local thrift store.  They have possible hand carved flowers across the top and a solid wood, lattice style back. The bottom is a dark fabric that looks to possibly be old silk.  I've watched the Antiques Road Show and saw something similar that was called Arts and Crafts style.  Could you tell me how much they'd be worth?
