Some history here https://bedfordohiohistory.org/b-l-marble-chair-co-history I’m not seeing the same chair as you have but there are other ones being sold on both Etsy and eBay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-B-L-Marble-Leather-Chairs/154094979669?hash=item23e0c6ca55:g:B3EAAOSwb9RezFK0 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Mid-Century-B-L-Marble-Furniture-Co-Walnut-Black-Vinyl-Arm-Chair/264593450435?hash=item3d9affa5c3:g:MrMAAOSwomJeFx~a https://www.etsy.com/listing/689186660/pair-of-walnut-and-leather-midcentury?gpla=1&gao=1&

Chairs of this vintage are not considered antique, more "Mid Century Modern" Values for them depend mainly on the Designer under contract to a company. Many like this were made for commercial use in business offices and hotels.
