I think it’s the York pattern https://www.replacements.com/china-victoria-czech-york-czech/c/109934 This is from listing is from 2005 https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/1349511_302-victorian-china-dinner-service-york-pattern-czec I believe it sold $90 with the auction estimate being $250 - $350. It looks like this is the 1919 - 1939 mark https://www.theoldstuff.com/en/porcelain-marks/category/330-victoria-marks
