Got this from my granpa back then and just rediscover it recently in the house. I remember being told that it's from the Ming Dynasty? Just wanted to be sure and if anyone could help put a number to its value, that will be great.

History Was told that it's from Mings. Read that Bronze mirror was used up to Qing Dynasty, when glass mirror was introduced to China by Europeans. Small bronze mirrors could be carried around with a string tied to the back's knob by nobles.
