Antique dining chairs

I picked these up at a recycling centre, they're handmade (there's 4 of them). 1 is in quite a state, they have leather straps on the inside to support the weight and they are stuffed with I think wool and hair. I am not sure what type of wood they are or what era they belong to. I have looked for some mark but I don't really know where I should be looking. I appreciate any information you can give me on them.
