I received this set as a gift.He told us that it had been appraised 2 yrs prior at $9,000. However this set has been moved so many times in the past 10 yrs,it has received some damage.It is missing one of the drawers on the long baffet.I still have the skeleton key that goes with the glass door hutch. On interesting thing, is the wheels are made of wood as well.I was told by a friend that he thought ithe set was from the 1920's - 30's and he thought it may be a high end remake of furniture from the 1880's or so.
