Purchased on Ebay. Here is what the description says:

GREAT condition with NO repaint. It is 4 1/4 inches tall, 2 3/8 inches front to back & 2 5/8 inches shoulder to shoulder. Marked on the back of the shoulder plate - GERMANY (red stamp).
