antique granny doll

Hi, I have this antique granny doll, she was a christening present to me in 1975, she was bought by my aunt, who at the time lived in Stratford upon Avon,  her clothes are fully removeable,  she is all fabric, no plastic or China and is in good condition,  she never came in a box and I  can't find and labels or markings, she even still has her basket with dried flowers, if you could tell me a little about her and her worth  it would be much appreciated.  Thanks
