Antique Ice Box (early 20th century?)

Hello All.

Here is a Ice Box that I am looking to sell. I was hoping for more information on it and an approximate value. I didn't see a label or makers mark on it but have included several photos. It seems that it may have been refinished based on other ice boxes from the era I believe this one to be from but can not say this with any certainty.
