Antique Koken Chair with Aujusto Footrest

Recently bought this chair in Canada and will be restoring it.

All I know is that it is a Koken chair with hydraulics and it has the Aujusto Footrest Mechanism. I would like to know how much it would be worth (roughly) and from which period it is from.
