Hello, I happened across this piece on a rummage site and absolutely fell in love with It. It didnt just speak to me rather screamed. Unfortunately I know absolutely nothing about it. Its history intrigues me so I came here hoping someone could tell me a bit more about it? And possibly what kind of value it holds if any?
