It dates to the early 1930's, based on the marking. No huge value though, china like this was mass produced for the export market through WW2. here is a good link for you regarding the company. http://modernjapanesepotterymarks.blogspot.com/2014/09/meito-china.html

Seems the same mark, but the background color its different. That changes circa? Is that very massive? Thanks
