Antique paintings with Sanborn Vail Co frames

I acquired these paintings from mygrandmother who had them for at least 50 years. I believe the paintings were handed down to her from her mom. I was told the frames are gold leaf. The back of the painting is stamped with Sanborn Vail and Co.  The artist name looks to be jaletti, joletti, toletti, I can't tell or find any reference to it. My great grandmother was born in genoa Italy if that is any reference. Thank you for your help!!
