This old photo is I think a photo of a sketch maybe. I am not sure. It looks like it may have been drawn then photographed. It is of an older man wearing a uniform I think, His uniform has stars and leaves and vines along it. as does the hat he wears. Any info on this item would be fantastic. Especially if someone knows who this photo is of. I can't make out what the two signatures say so I photographed them instead. Above his shoulder is the words Gezeichnet v. W. Muller {The u has two dots over it.}Radf. Kp. 16. 1939
