Antique Porcelain Coffee or Tea Cups & Saucers, Japan or China?

I have a set of 4 porcelain cups and saucers. They appear to be Japanese or Chinese ? They have red marks on the bases and they are with bumpy pattern, the cups are see thru , I would like to know if someone knows the maker of these or where they are from, any info will be appreciated . 

PS. it was purchased in 1960s in Armenia, former USSR, price was 25 USSR rubles for 1 cup+sauser.
