Description Over 100 years old. Been in my family since it was new. Manufactured by Renken Bros. Furniture, Brooklyn NY. Somewhere in downtown Brooklyn, Washington Ave. if I remember correctly. It was made in the late 1800's between 1875 and 1895 I believe. In excellent condition. I'm very curious if anyone has any information on this chair, or the manufacturer. I'd like to know it's value. Thanks.

Based on it's style it more likely dates Circa 1910, it's based on the Mission style which was all the rage in North America until World War One. In the current market good Mission style rockers, but not by the big name makers such as Roycroft, Stickley, Limbert, Greene & Greene etc. sell for under at $250.00 auction. Lovejoy
