Long Description
The antique secretary is oak, 19th century, with leaded glass windows, a drop down leaf for writing, and two large drawers.Â
The dressing table I believe is, but do not know for sure, a replica of the French Provincial style. It has a large three-part mirror, an inset marble surface, two large drawers and two small, and a matching bench with hand-crafted needlework. The dressing table was part of a 7-piece bedroom set.Â
Both items are in excellent condition and are for sale because we are moving to a smaller home.
History
Secretary was purchased by me in northern California in mid 1980s from antique dealer.
Dressing table and other 6 pieces of the bedroom set were purchased by my parents in 1933 in New York City.
