Antique Secretary with Rosette

This was my Grandmother's secretary. I don't know much about it. It has a large Rosette on the slant, and two different  designs on the drawer fronts. The inside has red and green stains applied and there are two keys. One for desk top, and one for uppercase.

Any information would be appreciated.
