Antique signed rug

Hello,

Please help ID and read the signature on the rug.

I cant get any good images of the knots and selvages now, but I can do it tomorow !

Meanwhile any ideas where this rug is from and what its value.

General contion is good no color shifts , pile is ok.

But there is damage to the carpet thats visible in one of pictures!
