Antique silver urn

I received these (what I believe to be) urns from a friend of mine. I've tried to make out the hallmark on the bottom of the piece, but to no avail. I have researched online, but there are so many different hallmarks for silver that I can't seem to find any information on this. These also have a small cup like container that came with them. The "cup" doesn't have a hallmark stamp and is covered in what appears to be some sort of silver paint. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
