Description

Part of an esate sale so i don't know much about the item. Stands about 32" tall. Bottom of the stick is missing. Looks to have the initials M.B on the silver part at the top. I would like to know what type of bone the handle is made from and a date if possible. Has an anchor, not sure of the letter and a lion stamp.
