My grandmother gave this this and said this this is ugly if you don't want it see if it's worth anything! She was told that it was made in England.

Base; 4inch
From top to bottom is a foot tall
the opening at the top is about a 1 1/2
its a white/cream color with oranges and golds and reds marbled in it.
