it looks to be a nippon piece with handpaintd flowers. and raised enamel paint. they however painted big large flowers and the colors are of that era.. very nice piece. they didnt always stamped there produts nippon..i am not an expert but i have seen a few of them around. with those bold flowers and large details/.
