Antique - Vintage Gilded Wood Frame & Art Print - Roma Italy

I have an old wood frame with an art print of an Angel playing a Violin. The back has a sticker that reads Made in Italy on the first line and Roma - Melozzo Da Forli on the second line.  On the third line it says Angel.  The print has some kind of laquer on it and it is inside of the frame.  There is a little blue or black flower in each corner of the frame and it has a gold design (gilding) all around it.  The gold is on top of the paint which is a redish orangish color.  There are little gold circles on the outside of the frame.  There are a very few little spots where the gold came off and it looks like there is plaster underneath.
