Antique Water Pitcher

I have a pitcher and wanted to find out if its vintage, antique and where it came from? I do not know anything about this piece, except that it may be German? It has a scene on each side of the pitcher, kids and men sitting at a table and on the other side its 3 men conversating at the table! There is a signature engraved on the bottom " Margie L " as I was inspecting it I notice there are other signatures on the bottom written with the paint that was used on the piece! I had to use a magnifying glass to try and make out the names and I still can not make out what names are written on this bottom of this piece! Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
