Description

There is a signature in the front (right bottom corner), but it's hard to make out.
There is a writing on the back of the painting.  Most likely English painter.
Paper is fragile, but still holds.

Not sure about value, but intrigued by the text and how it is spelled. I see that it says "Village Church" Chipping Camden, but someone from England would actually spell it "Campden" and not "Camden. Maybe sheds some light that it may not be an English painter.
