Description

When I purchased it there was newspaper lining the shelves from the early 1800. It has since been removed. I dont think the drawers are original Any infomation is much appreciated.

Re: Antique wood cabinet

Cabinets like this tend to date from the second quarter of the 19th Century, they were made by local cabinet makers all over the eastern seaboard and up into Canada. Values peaked for furniture like this in the 1990's and has been in steep decline since then, what you paid for it is now about the going rate.
