AI Appraisal

Description the top actually folds down and the box can lay out flat. the ends are in triangles so when it's folded up and closed, the ends of the box are complete. the inside is felt lined. the only thing on the whole box is a patent stamp that says patented February 19, 1889. I would like to know what they used that type of box back then for and what it would be worth today.
