Antique wooden office swivel chair-with all wood base

I found this chair that is solid wood (oak maybe).  It swivels and is on casters.  The base is entirely made of wood - only metal screws but all components are solid wood.  I would like to know any information on the age, manufacturer and possible value of this chair.  Thank you!
