Art Deco fish bowl stand mermaids

This is an Art Deco fish bowl stand. It was painted entirely black and we did our best to remove the paint. The base is copper with an engraved design and the mermaids are brass. Their are 3 mermaids and behind them is a cylinder that has an embossed design with deco looking ladies. The cylinder still have some residual paint, but looks like it is gray metal or silver. Above the mermaids there are silver looking leaves. Wrought iron twists and also holds a two gallon glass fish bowl. Unique piece. Can anyone help me with a value?
