art deco heavy glass bowl

I currently have a kidney shaped bowl that is jade green inside and white with gold flakes on the outside, entire bowl encased in heavy clear glass. I believe it is part of an italian artist collection. Alfredo Mullano is the name (I may have not spelled it correctly) I reviewed the site of this collection and found similar pieces however not in this color. I would appreciate some information into what this is, it has been in my possession for several years.
