Artist Signature, Title - Any Ideas?

I am having trouble identifying this artist's signature and one of his piece titles. 

I have 2 oil on paper paintings that have his signature and the name of the paintings.  I have identified one painting title as "Collette", which is pretty clear.  The other title is unclear - I believe it starts with a "J", but am not for sure.

Any ideas?  The paintings are custom framed with a triple-matte, so must be worth something.  Probably not a high-dollar amount, but the custom framing suggests they are more than your low-end retail brand.  The frame maker is identified as "A and R Fine Arts Framing" out of Lincoln NE, which is where the University of Nebraska is located.  I'm not sure if this is a local college artists, or some other famous artist.
