Would like an appraisal or at least information on the painter Franke. Research makes me think it is from the German painter Artur Franke. Size is about 22" x 36". It is in excellent condition.

Research leads me to believe this was painted by the German painter Artur Franke. Purchased at an Estate Sale, owner was in he 90's and purchased this many years ago.
