asian man figurine

Hi   Was hoping some one could give me some info.  Has red lettering on bottom (porcelain made in china hand painted in macau hot suitable for food serving).  also has more writng in red on other side on bottom I cant make all of it out (tercelai   made in ck  raw paints) thats the best I can read it.   Its  10 1/2 in high  and 4in at the base in long. Bought at a flea market.
