Great picture, but the date the photo was taken can't be right. Babes last appearance was on July 26, 1948, when he attended the premiere of the film The Babe Ruth Story, He was propped up by two attendants and heavily sedated. Ruth returned to the hospital for the final time. Lovejoy

Babe's last years were pretty well documented, I'd start with a search on "Babe Ruth Spokane" on google and visit some of the baseball fan sites. The Baseball hall of fame might be able to help you as well. Lovejoy
